Although we are capable of initiating services on a same-day basis, we prefer not to, because focusing our attention on truly understanding your need and preferences is essential to the art of selecting the best caregiver match for you. Typically, we appreciate having 2-3 days to accomplish the following steps:

2. We provide whatever information you need to make a confident decision about how and when to move forward.
3. When you are ready, we will schedule a convenient time to meet with you and your loved one in their home, or even in the hospital, to discuss their care needs and concerns, gather some background information, and begin to establish a trusting relationship together.
4. Once you decide to move ahead, our staff meets to discuss your loved one.
