VISITING ANGELS dissolves those concerns. Our screening of caregivers is as rigorous as you will find anywhere in the nation. We demand an unblemished work record in private-duty home care, outstanding references, genuine sensitivity, and transparent honesty in all communications with us. And no one performs more extensive background checks than we do.

The caregivers we hire must pass the ultimate test: would we entrust our own family members to their care?

But we don’t have the last word on who will work in your home. You do. You will interview the caregiver we propose for your assignment, and if you feel the slightest hesitation about that person’s skills or personality, we will offer another candidate – and others if necessary, until you are fully satisfied that the right individual has been found.

Performance oversight is continuous at VISITING ANGELS. We respond immediately to any report of less than perfect care. And if we find that the caregiver is no longer capable of meeting your and our high standards, a replacement is assigned, again subject to your approval.
